Doing this modification may should make ofxDMX talk only to universe2 instead of universe1. Have you tried ofxGenericDmx? Also, the box has easily accessible screws, no glue anywhere, I like it.

Emailed Enttec, ejttec i am just waiting for that key and also the port labels because they zeroed them all out in the online example code.

On all Linux distributions, you need to install libftdi. Anyway, i will try with Arduino and Raspberry very soon!
